Please Read some Useful Information Regarding Collecting and Payment Procedure
BOOKING DEPOSIT: We DO NOT Require any Deposit to Book Your Car.
PAYMENT METHOD: You will Pay Locally upon the delivery with CASH or Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard
DELIVERY: We will be waiting you at the Pickup Area of your convenience with an Elite Network Label with Your Name written on. We might Contact you in your Mobile Telephone for easier found. Our Representative will Escort you to your Car and provide you with the necessary Document – Rental Agreement. He will give you as well directions for Returning the Car in any of the Return Location and Time you have notified to us in the Request form.
PICK UP AREAS: If the requested Pickup area is AIRPORT we will be waiting for you in the ARRIVAL EXIT, if the Pickup area is PORT just opposite the VESSEL EXIT. In both cases is important for us to have available your Mobile Tel. in case we need to contact you. If the Pickup area is your HOTEL we will be waiting by the RECEPTION the time you have requested.

FUEL POLICY: Your car is delivered with some petrol and you will give it back the same way or if you prefer we can delivery Your car with a Full tank of petrol and you will give it back as empty as possible. The cost of petrol will be paid locally. |
Terms and conditions
1. The mentioned car types are indicative only.
2. All renters must hold a valid EU or International Driving License, issued at least one year before the rental.
3. Minimum Drivers age is 21 yrs for car groups A, A1, B1, C1, Automatic, E, 23 yrs for all other car groups.
4. Rates are calculated on the basis of collection/return to the same rental location. Rental days are calculated on a 24-Hour basis from the vehicle pick up. For over 2 hours delayed drop offs renter will be charged locally an additional day.
5. International one way rentals: Are not available.
6. Above mentioned not included compulsory and/or additional charges are payable locally, unless otherwise stated on the agents voucher.
7. No show clients or cancellations up to one day before pick-up date will be charged up to 3 days of the net rates
8. Partially used vouchers are not refundable without our prior confirmation. For car categories A, A1, B1, C1, applicable advance booking period up to 4 days prior to pick-up
9. For all other car categories, up to 7 days prior to pick-up.
Not covered by any insurance
COLLISION DAMAGE CAUSED BY ALCOHOL OR DRUG ABUSE AS WELL AS TRAFFIC LAW VIOLATIONS.

For all the other areas there is an extra charge of 40 euros for delivery and collection. |
